Reshipment Policy

Portsway is committed to providing you with the most quality products possible. In case you received items, which meet one of the listed conditions, please contact us via contact@portsway.com to report issues: 

  • Wrong order/design error: Completely wrong design compared to information provided by you on our site.

  • Bad quality: blurry image/print. 

  • You received damaged items

You could request a refund or a reshipment within 30 business days of receiving your order. 


Please provide us necessary information including order ID, email address and invoice number so we can retrieve your order information from our system.We also require you to send visual evidence of your products (photos, videos) to expedite the process. 


Deliver to wrong address: Please do note that if orders were undelivered because of the incorrect address provided by customers, our company can only offer a 50% refund or 50 % discount coupon for reordering.  



Returns Policy

Our products are made on demand just for you! We do not accept any returns of personalized products in any cases. If you If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via contact@portsway.com to get the best service from us. Our customer services are willing to support you.



Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any orders placed, except for the following situations: 


1. You have requested cancellation of an order that is "In Production" within 12 hours of notice and our support team were able to grant that cancellation request. After 12 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel your order. We want to process your order for production as soon as possible. 


2. You received wrong and/or damaged item(s). Refer to our reshipment policy above
